Club Training

Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 9pm at Northgate Sports centre (September – April)

The sessions are open for all abilities to attend, from complete beginners to high level players. Each session focuses on improving techniques and running fun and physical exercises to improve players fitness and ability at any level.

From April – September there isn’t any official training. However we run volleyball in Christchurch park sporadically, the best way of getting involved with these sessions is to join our facebook page to see when and where the volleyball will be setup. These session are a great way to be introduced to volleyball and our club, as well as continue to developing your skills over the summer months. 

 Come along to one of these sessions and get yourself hooked on the sport!!
